Arrivals and departures:

There will be some flexibility for the arrivals and departures of the European students due to the long journey and the difficulties of flights. We would like agents, group leaders to try and keep to the arrival/departures schedules (see leaflet) as much as possible and to always discuss/warn us about flight dates and times beforehand.

Changes and cancellations:

Subject to availability and only until mid April, changes in sessions are permitted. Beyond this date no changes will be allowed. Cancellations and refunds apply strictly to situations where a student cannot attend the camp for serious medical reasons certified by a physician, or due to the death of immediate family.. There will be no refund for any other cancellation or no- show. There will be no reduction in camp fees for campers who arrive late or leave earlier. There will be no refunds if a student is expelled from the centre and all transport costs will be  carried by the parent/guardian. In the case of Non-EU applicant(s) who are refused visas for reasons beyond their control and which do not arise from illegitimate intent, we will refund all monies except for administration fees to the amount of 300.00 (three hundred) Euros, once the applicant(s) has/have first returned all original documents in a timely fashion.

Emergencies:

Every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a healthy, safe environment at the Camp. However, in case of accident or illness, neither English In Action nor Camp Frost and its staff can assume liability. The children will be helped at all times with any problems they may have whilst at the camp. All children must take out health insurance. In the case of surgical emergency and where parents/guardians cannot be reached for consultation, the parent/guardian hereby gives permission to the physician selected by the Camp to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for and order injections, anesthesia or surgery for the child named on this registration. If for any reason a student requires medical attention or special medication beyond that furnished by the Camp, the parents/guardian agree to be responsible for any expenses incurred.

Liability:

The parent/guardian approves the child’s participation in all of the camp’s programmes and activities , acknowledging that such participation involves risks and hazards incidental thereto, all of which are expressly assumed by the parent / guardian who hereby waives, releases and absolves and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Frost Centre Institute and English In Action, their officers, directors, employees, agents and any and all liability arising therefrom, except such as shall arise solely as a consequence of their willful negligence or willful default. The parent / guardian grants English In Action and The Frost Centre Institute permission to use photographs of the child in promotional materials.
